These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website www.giovstudio.com, as well as the purchase conditions of the products offered by Giovanni Gonzalez, hereinafter referred to as “GIOV, studio,” with its registered address at Calle Carnicer, 20, 3rd floor, door 5, Madrid, Spain, and tax ID number (NIF) Z0166869D.

 GENERAL INFORMATION

GIOV, studio is a handmade ceramics studio operating under a made-to-order (pre-order) production model. Each piece is crafted individually, allowing for a sustainable and personalized approach in every creation.


PURCHASE AND PRODUCTION PROCESS

When making a purchase on our website, you are acquiring a made-to-order product, which involves an estimated production time of 20 calendar days from the order confirmation.

The customer will receive 4 email notifications during the process:

  • Purchase confirmation

  • Start of production

  • Order shipment

  • Post-delivery thank you

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are allowed within the first 48 hours after purchase. After this period, cancellations will no longer be possible due to the start of the artisanal production process.

CRAFTSMANSHIP AND VARIATIONS

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, or size compared to the product reference images may occur. This is part of the artistic and unique value of each item.

CUSTOMIZATION

Some pieces can be personalized as indicated in the product description. Personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards and Apple Pay, processed through secure gateways integrated with Shopify.
Payment is required at the time of purchase; deferred payment is not available.

SHIPPING

We ship to all countries within the European Union, Latin America, the United States, and Canada.
We work with various courier companies.
GIOV, studio is not responsible for delays beyond its control caused by the courier service or international customs.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Since we operate under a pre-order and handcrafted customization model, returns are not accepted.

Furthermore, in accordance with Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

WARRANTY AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in effect in Spain. If you receive a damaged product, you must send an email to contact.giovstudio@gmail.com with photographs of the packaging and the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the package.

DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish laws. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law or necessary to process your order.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from access to or use of the website, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain, unless consumer protection legislation dictates otherwise.
